Our bespoke services across Metropolitan Victoria include but are not limited to, personal care, community access, respite, social support, medical appointments. Any assistance you may require we would be happy to arrange individual services that suit your needs.

What qualifications do I need to be a Support Worker with Carefully Yours?2019-11-14T23:55:01+00:00

Previous experience within a similar role is beneficial along with a genuine interest and passion within the care sector. All applications require reference checks, police check, First Aid & CPR and applicants will be screened against the Disability Worker Exclusion List.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has been developed to improve choice and create better outcomes for people with a disability. You’ll receive a plan from the NDIA which is based upon goals you’ll set for yourself. Funding is provided, and you’re free to choose from any registered NDIS provider. Any goal which is considered reasonable and fair will be funded by the government. This can include support services to go about your daily life, as well as for goals such as learning to drive, learning to cook or creating independence in the community.

Carefully Yours fee Schedules adhere to the fee structure outlined in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) guidelines. These fees are updated on a regular basis, should you require more information we would be happy to talk you through the process, alternatively information can be sourced on the NDIS website www.ndis.gov.au
